CiViTAS ELAN

The CIVITAS-ELAN Project is the result of an intensive cooperation and exchange process during which the cities of Ljubljana, Gent, Zagreb, Brno, and Porto agreed to respond in a pro-active way to the substantial mobility challenges in European cities.
