With a user-friendly innovative platform, PRESS4TRANSPORT serves as a Virtual Press Office for project coordinators to promote their research results, relevant news or any noteworthy topic to be covered by the media.
A project co-ordinator or another representative of a national or regional SUSTAINABLE SURFACE TRANSPORT project registers to the PRESS4TRANSPORT platform answering simple questions concerning its particular needs.
Validation process
The PRESS4TRANSPORT journalist receives the information and re-edits it in a professional press-release format which will be automatically submitted to the PRESS4TRANSPORT research to scientifically validate it. Your press release will benefit from a thorough technical review from our scientific partners POLOMOB, BUTE-DHRE and MDCE.
Before the final stage, the user has the possibility to check and validate the information that will be sent out, so assuring a control about the whole communication process towards the media. We will always ask for your permission before diffusing any information.
Dissemination
After validation, the press release is placed on a list to be sent to the media: it will be archived and visible in the public section of the PRESS4TRANSPORT portal ready to be submitted to the selected target media.
